The Scoop on Your Poop
Regular pooping is essential for removing waste and keeping your body in balance. Ideally, you should go at least once a day — it's a key sign your gut is working well and your digestion is on track.
Trouble Pooping?
Pooping is more than just a daily routine — it's a vital part of your body’s detox process. Regular bowel movements help remove waste, toxins, and excess hormones, keeping your digestive system and overall health in balance. Most people should aim to go 1 - 3 times a day. If you’re not going regularly, it could be a sign your gut needs support. A healthy poop schedule means a happier gut, better energy, and fewer bloating or discomfort issues.

Fiber is your gut’s best friend when it comes to regular, healthy poops. It adds bulk to your stool, helps it move smoothly through the digestive tract, and keeps everything flowing on schedule. Soluble fiber (found in foods like oats, beans, and fruits) helps soften stool, while insoluble fiber (like in whole grains and veggies) keeps things moving. Without enough fiber, constipation, bloating, and irregularity can become the norm — so getting your daily dose is key to staying comfortable and regular.
